"Lovely apartment in a great location"

Location, view, heated pool & cooler pool, Proximity to cafes & costal walking track to the marina. Pier just a short walk away.

Very uncomfortable mattress on the king size bed, needs replacing. Unable to release & pull blind down above the spa. Need more cutlery, toilet paper, white garbage bags(none in cupboard) tea towels & a new clothes horse.

"Great location, nice building, however the apartment needs a bit more care and attention."

Great location

Cleanliness was not very good. Cleaners did not do a very good job prior to our stay. A few broken items within the unit that should have been repaired - should sort out a handy man for 1-2 hours to attend to all the burnt out lights, loose door handles, etc. Kitchen is in need of some new frying pans for cooking, the ones in the unit were not usable at all. We had to go to Woolies and purchase a $10 pan so we could do a bit of cooking. Would have been better to have some tv programs such as Netflix, Stan, etc. Board games within the unit would have been a nice touch as well which we usually see at other properties we’ve stayed at recently.

Views and space of apartment. pool was awesome

sand was in one of the single beds or arrival, so clearly not cleaned. We had trouble with the keyless lock and this is run by private host and lucky enough the hotel agreed to help and they were not going to, otherwise we would have been locked out all night . overall this is still an excellent hotel and apartment.
