"Nice place terrible staff"

The pool and view was nice

The WiFi was not working, the towels smelled like urine, and the street to get to the hotel is terrible. My car hit big rocks and large potholes. The receptionist could not solve anything—she had to call the owner for everything we asked for. The worst part was that they were doing repairs on the roof, which I don’t mind, but they started drilling over my room at 8 a.m., which is not a nice way to wake up on vacation.

El lugar muy bonito, las habitaciones cómodas.

La entrada al lugar está pésima, con un vehículo bajito es complicado. La comida no es muy agradable. (Considerando si eres de otro país aún más).
