El trato tanto por parte de Martín, como de Carlos fue absolutamente increible, llano y cercano. Con una predisposición a ayudar inigualable. Me aconsejaron sobre cualquier tema, ya fuese que ver en Santiago, que autobuses coger, además de gestionarlo todo. La limpieza y el mobiliario de 10. Sí vuelvo a acudir a Santiago este es el sitio donde me voy a quedar. Muy agradecido.

La atención desde el momento de la reserva fue excepcional, siempre pendientes y muy atentos.

Hubiese preferido que me preguntaran si prefería la parte de arriba o de abajo de la litera en vez de asignarlo de forma arbitraria, pero entiendo que tal vez era lo que quedaba disponible.
