Location was great , convenient for beach, yoga, gym, healthy cafes

Drainage problem in bathroom. Giving off sewerage smell. Bathroom air vent not working. Bathroom needed a good clean bleach down. I generally didn’t use shower & preferred to use shower at local gym I had joined. I’m accepting of some flies, bugs in tropical climate. This apartment had alot . I would wake up to many dead flies on floor, by window next to bed, below air vent & around bathroom sink. The apartment needs some kind of insect trapper. A mosquito net over bed good idea. I was biten every night by mosquitoes. Apartment overpriced for quality received. If it wasn’t for the above I would have stayed another month as I liked location On arrival washing machine & safe not working. Credit to property management Ancha, getting this sorted and quickly resolved & installed new washer & safe.
