Is what is - dont expect to meet any staff etc- self check in with key box, Staff were helpfull when we had to ring due to error with key box

Wifi kept dropping - not ideal if staying for work

Great location in South Dns, perfect for hikes. Very comfy and cosy and clean place. Great value for money too. We had a great stay and a wonderful time in the National Park.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff polite and gave a very good service. Room was very clean and everyone friendly.

Lighting to the steps down to the room was not good enough in the dark.
