location and staff

Room 616 - shower leaks - BAD - soaked the bathroom floor - it is obvious it has been going on for a while as the floorboard tile is coming off the wall from constantly being wet. Things like this should not go unnoticed or unrepaired.

"DISAPOINTING"

DIDNT HONOR THE BOOKING.COM QUOTE AND OVER CHARGED ME WHEN WENT TO CHECK OUT, ASKED FOR MANAGER AND SHE SAID NOT THERE UNTIL 5PM, WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!

"The best hotel in Nashville !!!"

The Fairfield by Marriott’s staff is so pleasant and extremely helpful. We stayed at this 5 star hotel because of the power outages. The staff was so accommodating and very informative DeAndres explained the details of the invoice and always offered complimentary water along with the complimentary breakfast. I would stay here again and again.
