"Great Staff Members"

This hotel is one of the newer Courtyard hotels and the rooms and amenities definitely were more modern and functional than others. I was delighted that my room had both a microwave and a mini fridge, which seem to be rare these days. The best part of my stay though was the staff! Derrien was such a sweetheart and from check-in throughout my whole trip, she always greeted me with a smile and was so genuine in her kindness. She had great recommendations for local restaurants and things to do in the area so I was in great hands. Thanks, Derrien!

Front desk was very welcoming! Beds were very comfortable! However, entry door would get stuck when we were trying to enter the room. Showering was a challenge too. We would get half of the water pressure coming out of the shower head and the other half coming out of the bath faucet.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The check-in process was smooth, and I was even offered a complimentary drink while I waited. The room was spotless, stylish, and very comfortable — with thoughtful touches like plush bedding, quality toiletries, and a great view. I especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep.

We stayed here when we went to some Rangers games and it was an easy distance from the stadium without the stadium prices. Pool was closed but there is a good kid’s park called PlayGrand Adventures less than 5 minutes away. Easy check in and no hassle. Would stay here again.

Was just in town for a night. Staff was great and the room was very clean. Met a couple of the cleaning ladies in the elevator and they were the sweetest ladies!! They damn sure deserve a raise for keeping the building VERY clean!!
