Nice clean decent breakfast helpful staff

Excallent service, great rooms and pool

Our visit to Anik Palace was outstanding. During this business trip, we utilized the meeting rooms and various business facilities, and the staff went above and beyond to assist us. Our guests were thoroughly pleased with the experience. Thavy at the front desk was exceptional, providing excellent service, while Bella coordinated everything seamlessly. Sa Em Inn was present throughout our workshop meeting, ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a more professional and accommodating team.

I liked the room and the bed was very comfortable. Our room was overlooking the street so was a little noisy. Good selections for the breakfast, plenty of different fruits and cereals. You can get to the nice avenue leading to the palace and silver pagoda easily. A variety of international cuisines available at nearby restaurants.

this place is amazing! We really enjoyed with my family , its a great place to enjoy not just with friends but your entire clan. This place has incredible management especially bong Sam khun who made sure our stay is enjoyable, convenient and comfortable stay. We cant thank enough the management for their assistance during our stay . Overall this whole experience has been the best so far and highly recommended!!! This is an older style hotel that is currently being renovated It was enjoyable for the price The staff are very helpful but not many speak English The breakfast Buffett was ok and we had laundry done which was nicely ironed as some places just wash only The Airconditioning is good and beds are comfortable

This is a truly excellent hotel with fantastic facilities and wonderful staff. We loved the sky bar and roof top pool. Breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. We returned to the Anik Palace at the end of our holiday for one night and received the warmest of welcomes from Bella on Reception. As it was my husband's birthday, she had arranged a cake for him up in the Sky Bar and a towel arrangement and fruit awaited us in our room. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

As other reviews mentioned, a great location and friendly staff. The room itself was on the small side for us with very little cupboard and drawer space. Even with 5 bar staff to cover 2-3 tables at night, the service was slow and not attentive. However, when they came over they were friendly. A dropped star for the points above, however, would I recommend this hotel? yes

Beautiful hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Very nice pool area and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
