The view, however, due to a lot of construction work, the view wasn’t what I was expecting.

We booked a one bedroom apartment. Our accommodation was one room with extremely old furniture, bathroom and kitchenette and a very thin, small table facing a wall with two chairs. The room was musty smelling as well. We believe the accommodation was falsely advertised and the amount that was paid was atrocious. At no time was there staff at the Heritage Towers reception desk, only at the Heritage Hotel reception desk. We found all staff to be unhelpful and dismissive, to the point of being condescending. We understand that we booked an Airbnb and the room is privately owned, as we were informed on numerous occasions. We have travelled extensively and in conclusion, the accommodation, is the worst we have ever stayed.

The view was amazing and the hot tub was excellent. Could not beat the location. Walking distance to good restaurants and the ferry terminal.

There was no hand soap in the bathroom, that would have been appreciated.

it was not very clean, glasses in the cupboard were dirty, I had to fetch the key from a different location about 1 kilometer from the apartment. the apartment was very dated.

The room itself was pleasant enough and had some nice touches. The view was amazing.

A lot. The lock box was difficult to find. We booked and paid for 3 guests but only one bed was in the room. We were told there was a rollaway in the wardrobe which I had to use as I needed to put the teenagers in the bed - both were entirely unsuitable. The rollaway needs to go to the dump, it was like a broken hammock. I slept on the floor for our stay. We were 1 towel short and it took 4 messages and 10 hours to get another. Our friends that we were travelling with booked and paid the same price at the same time as us, same configuration of people, and they got a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite with 3 beds. We are so disappointed and feel that this was not worth $300 a night. Will not be back. The room is only really suitable for a couple.
