Riad Hart Essoura

The Riad is clean and cozy, it feels like family. The location is terrific being close to most attractions and very close to the car drop off. They will arrange all your transfers and Ouadey will help you arrange inter city transport. Most importantly, staff like Muhammad and Fatima Ezzahra make your stay extremely pleasant and comfortable.

La struttura molto bella e pulita . entri nella cultura marocchina. Lo staff molto gentile, la colazione molto buona. Il mangiare molto buono.

Prachtige rustige oase in het drukke Marrakech. Centrale ligging. Mooi ingericht. Met Fatima had ik van te voren fijn app contact waarbij ze heel vriendelijk al wat tips gaf. Via hotel ook ( betaald) vervoer van en naar vliegveld geregeld. Was top! We hadden een vier persoonskamer met tweepersoonsbed op begane vloer en twee een persoonsbedden voor de kinderen op de vide. Ruim en schoon. Heel gezellig. Zwembadje om af te koelen en lekker dakterras om te chillen. Ook een maal in het restaurant gegeten in de avond was erg lekker. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Koelkast maakte wat lawaai maar die zette ik gewoon uit ‘s nachts en was daardoor verder geen probleem. Overdag weer aangezet en hadden we lekkere koele drankjes.

L’accueil du personnel, la gentillesse et toutes les attentions portées pendant notre séjour. Les excursions proposées sont géniales, mention particulière pour le désert d’Agafey où le cadre et le spectacle ont magnifiquement ponctué le séjour. Nous avons adoré aussi Latifa notre guide pour la médina qui a été d’une gentillesse extraordinaire envers notre fils de 7 ans et la sortie dans la vallée de l’oureka, bien qu'un peu plus loin, le véhicule et le chauffeur sont excellents. Comment ne pas mentionner Fatim, Mohamed et toute l’equipe que l’on ne voit pas forcément. Merci pour ce beau séjour. Ce matin le petit-déjeuner nous a manqué, surtout les galettes marocaines 😁. Le seul petit bémol.... je cherche. La ruelle peu éclairée mais le quartier semble assez sûr et nous n’avons jamais eu de souci.

Fatima and Mohammed were amazing. They treated us with so much care. They catered to all of our needs. The riad was fine. Would recommend booking this riad.

Hemos pasado cuatro días geniales. Un Riad muy bonito y tranquilo. Desayunos buenos y abundantes. El personal siempre atento y muy servicial. Instalaciones buenas en general. Volveremos!!!

La ubicación, cuesta un poco buscarlo. Hay que callejear, pero bueno tenemos que recordar que estamos en Marrakech, forma parte de su encanto.

Beautiful building with a lovely roof terrace

Vom Manager bis zur Putzfrau waren sämtliche Angestellten super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Morgenessen war auch sehr gut. Ausflüge können direkt in der Unterkunft gebucht werden und funktionieren hervorragend. Das Riad ist schön eingerichtet und man kann sich wunderbar erholen.

The staff is amazing very welcoming and kind, they were very attentive since we arrived to Morroco helping us arranging a taxi, also during our stay they excel and made our way smooth, specially Fatima, she is very kind helped us every moment. The breakfast is amazing, many options, a lot of food, and fresh products. The hotel is very nice and has a pretty lay out. The best of this Riad is the breakfast and Fatima :)

The secondary bed was not very comfy, it was more for a children than an adult
