Santorin HoiAn Villa

Wonderful stay in Hoi An! The hotel has a great location and amazing rooms—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The customer service was truly outstanding. Thao and Truc were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay special. They even helped us get discounts on tours and activities. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Hoi An!

The lady at the front desk was incredibly nice and polite. She helped organise transport to and from the airport ( for cheaper than grab!!). They had bikes that guests could use for free! The pool looked very nice!

The bathroom was average.

Gosh, where to begin! We loved everything about our stay at Santorin. Right from the beginning the staff were incredibly helpful helping to organise a spa afternoon, nails, recommendations for tailoring and leather custom made pieces and laundry service. They went the extra mile decorating our room and leaving treats out for our honeymoon - we felt very special! I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that this is the perfect choice for your stay in Hoi A run by lovely people.

Honestly finding it hard to fault our stay here. Everything was excellent! Staff live on site including their children so you may hear the children occasionally but otherwise it’s a very quiet spot. It’s not very walkable to the Old Town but this was perfect for us to escape from the crowds and noise (except the local rooster will wake you up!)
