I loved the convenience store in the house and the beach theme

how the bedroom is at the front door, slightly poor water pressure

The location and the laundry facility. Sweet kitchen and garden!

Would have much better first impression if entering from the garden rather than the bedroom. Feel better after get use to the layout. Can hear noisy neighbours as the flat is not that solid, but still manageable.

Location is great. Outside area is relaxing.

Parking was a bit awkward as we were right in the corner next to door going into the unit. It was hard at times getting out.

Location was perfect, one road back from the beach. When the wind was blowing on the beach, the property was protected. The place was clean with a covered outdoor area with plenty of seating and a table & chairs, also covered. First time we've encountered Netflix where you don't have to login, that was great!
