Beautiful location Excellent staff Very clean, beautiful and big rooms and bathrooms. I loved the pool. Courtesy transportation to Sorrento was a suprise and excellent service. Nice restaurant and ala carte breakfast tasteful!

There was nothing I would have wished more

Ein äußerst großzügiges und komfortables Hotel mit außergewöhnlichem Ambiente und Personal. Wer den Golf von Neapel mit seinen Inseln und die Amalfiküste erleben möchte, ist hier bestens aufgehoben.

Simply the best place I have ever been to. Stayed 11 nights for our honeymoon and did not want to leave. Usually at the end of a holiday I am fine going home to my own bed, etc, but this is the only time I’ve felt upset having to leave. The views are breathtaking. The staff are so friendly and made it a truly special experience arranging our trips to Capri and the Amalfi Coast. Loved the room and our balcony looking out to Vesuvius. The view is one I did not tire of and my photos dominate my phone screensavers! It was so good it has almost ruined all future holidays, as all I want to do is return to Annabelle and Sorrento!

El servicio al huesped es excelente, estan atentos al mas minimo problema y lo resuelven diligentemente. El ferry de capri a sorrento se suspendio y me mandaron un auto a napoles a las 20 hs que me llevo al hotel. Por otro lado me dieron en forma gratuita un upgrade de la habitacion. Las instalaciones son de muy buen gusto y diseño. El desayuno a la carta excelente. Durante todo el dia disponiamos de un auto del hotel que nos llevaba y traia hacia y desde el centro de Sorrento.

Nos quedamos a cenar una noche y el menu gourmet nos parecio algo escaso, las porciones muy chicas.

Одним из основных преимуществ отеля является тот факт, что из большинства номеров и с территории у открытого бассейна открывается потрясающий вид на окрестности. Неаполь, Везувий, Сорренто и т.д. При желании в отеле сервируют завтрак, обед и ужин. В случае, если вы не успели поесть в городе - это прекрасная альтернатива. В отеле замечательный, очень приветливый и очень профессиональный персонал. Доступен бесплатный трансфер до паркинга в Сорренто. Организованы поездки на различные экскурсии. Внутренности отеля - это практически вилла-дворец.

Были в самом конце сезона, поэтому купание в открытом бассейне не получилось. Хотя дневная температура еще позволяла принимать солнечные ванны. Подогрев бы не помешал.
