Well located.

Terrible service. Checkout is at 10, I asked the day before if I could leave my luggage until 10.30 and they said it wasn't possible. After some discussion they offered me the possibility to pay 20€ to leave my luggage there for 30 more minutes. I've been in many hotels/hostels/BnBs in my life and never met such an uncooperative people. I guess you can't expect anything positive from them

It was cold and I didn’t like the communication with a bit of irony from the landlord because on misunderstanding.

I really liked the place. quite homely and I shared the place with another person for the night. A fun way to meet random pleasant people in Italy for the first time. The place has a nice secluded feel in the courtyard. completely safe and easy to accommodate for the day. the room was warm and just right, being near the city center gave me an easy stroll around Pavia.

I had no issues.
