La posizione centralissima della struttura, comoda per raggiungere locali, attrazioni e a pochi passi dal fiume Douro. Ottima la colazione, dolce e salata, spremuta d'arancia fresca, dolci fatti in casa.. non da meno poi da segnalare la perfetta pulizia degli ambienti e delle camere, letto comodo, lenzuola e asciugamani, prodotti bagno, phon, facility room, cassaforte e piccolo frigorifero. La nostra stanza la n.5 era al 3 piano con affaccio sulla strada ma con le finestre chiuse nessun rumore o odore proveniente dai locali sottostanti in zona... Siamo stati molto bene.

Nulla.. tutto bene, ma è bene sapere che le 6 stanze poste dal 1 al 4 piano sono raggiungibili solo con una rampa di scale.

Magnífica ubicación. Cerca de todo, a 10 minutos andando de la estación de metro y tren de Sao Bento. Edificio rehabilitado y habitación muy bonita y confortable, con un baño muy amplio. Cama muy cómoda y ropa de cama y toallas impolutas. Y el desayuno espectacular. Gracias Ana y Rui por todo. Totalmente recomendable. Cuando vuelva a esta bonita ciudad ya se donde nos alojaremos. Clean room and building. Comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, good water pressure in the shower. Great breakfast! The hosts were super friendly, welcoming and helpful! Very good location.

There was a strong musty smell in the building and in the room. We opened the door to air out the room which helped but the smell returned when we closed the door.
