"I colori di Caltagirone"

Camera accogliente e pulita, vista dal balcone, la gentilezza della proprietaria Tina e di suo marito. Ottima anche al colazione fresca di pasticceria. Possibilità di parcheggio interno con un piccolo contributo.

Purtroppo il palazzo non è dotato di ascensore.

"Accueil fantastique et emplacement au top"

L'accueil de Tina et Salvatore était très chaleureux...ils ont tout fait pour que nous soyons bien!!!! L'emplacement est fabuleux a côté de l'escalier et nous avons pu garer notre voiture dans leur cour...très bon petit déjeuner....bref tout est au top!!! A recommander...

Pour arriver a la chambre il y a beaucoup de marches d'escalier...donc à éviter pour des personnes ayant des difficultés

Il palazzo nel quale si trova la struttura è antico e affaccia sulla piazza antistante la scalinata di Caltagirone. La camera non era molto grande, il bagno era fuori lungo il corridoio (la struttura è antica e quindi credo inevitabile) ma di fronte alla camera. Il bagno è piccolo e in periodo invernale dotato di stufetta per riscaldarlo. Riscaldamento in camera con pompa di calore decisamente ben funzionante. La colazione è stata impeccabile così come l'accoglienza degli host. Parcheggio nel cortile del palazzo.

Die Lage der Unterkunft genial - allerdings vom Platz davor sehr laut - Das Frühstück war ausreichend und der Cafe gut.

Badezimmer vom Vormieter noch der Mülleimer gefüllt - überall Haare - Badewanne als Dusch mit Spuren des Vormieters - das Zimmer war schlecht gereinigt - die Fenster schließen sehr schlecht - der Zugang erfolgt über eine endlos scheinende Treppe zum 4.Stock - da macht das Koffer tragen Spaß

Isäntäväki Tina ja Salvatore ovat uskomattoman upeita ihmisiä, vastaanotto oli vertaansa vailla! Saimme kattavan esittelyn niin palatsista jossa b&b sijaitsee kuin nähtävyyksistä sekä ravintoloista. Isäntä ystävällisesti kyyditsi meidät asemalta tullessamme ja lähtiessämme. Lämmin kiitos heille!

Olimme vieraana keskellä talvea. Huone( ilmalämpöpumpusta huolimatta) ja etenkin kylpyhuone oli kylmä. Lämmin vesi puuttui. Oli varsin epämiellyttävää peseytyä mutta ymmärrämme toki tilanteen off season aikana.
