Bad Service after I extended one more night no body clean the room even though I asked reception to call housekeeping to clean the room After midnight Reception doesn’t answer the phone I had to go downstairs to speak to him personally

Very clean room and overall hotel, with very nice bathroom. I was impressed with this hotel, and for the price, it was an exceptional value. The only issue was there was a female making very inappropriate noises in the middle of the night, most likely with her male partner, and there was music coming from that same room. I'm glad my kids didn't wake up to hear that, but it was extremely loud. I know the hotel cannot control such behavior, but I was chocked to hear that in a place like Jeddah.
