Pleasant hotel with very nice staff - picked it because it is so close to the airport.

It is a little far away from the markets and restaurants so we needed to take taxi everywhere.

The rooms were nice, the views were ok but were the best on the rooftop areas

Limited breakfast options

This is a very nice hotel with excellent staff who are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. They also offer tour bookings and can arrange a Grab ride for you at better rates than those typically available when booking independently. The hotel was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Even though our room was located directly in front of the elevator, we did not hear any noise from people coming and going. The breakfast was more tailored to Asian tastes, with fewer options for European preferences, so we didn’t eat very much. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet, and the shower had great water pressure with plenty of hot water. The location was also convenient, close to the city center and the Dragon Bridge. Overall, this was the best accommodation we stayed in during our time in Vietnam.
