Localização, na parte mais nova e limpa da cidade, mas próxima o bastante para passear a pé na parte do centro antigo

O contato com o proprietário. Tivemos primeiramente dificuldade com as portas - precisava dar um "tranquinho" para abrir um dos apartamentos e o outro apartamento, embora fossem 2 casais apenas 1 chave havia sido fornecida o que ocasionou que 1 casal saiu e levou a chave e o outro ficou preso no apartamento (resolvido). Depois tivemos problema com a água quente de um dos apartamentos que foi resolvido depois de verificarem o sistema de aquecimento da água (resolvido). E também, com o aquecimento de um dos apartamentos (passamos um pouco de frio pois nao conseguimos ligar a calefacao) e cada solicitação parecia um grande transtorno aos proprietários. Uma atenção melhor aos hóspedes poderia ter melhorado a nossa experiência.

"Lieu enchanteur pour séjour enchanté"

Sa localisation pour parcourir la ville et la région, son parking privé et son espace vraiment spacieux dans un palais authentique. L’accueil fut top avec des présents appréciés et tout pour des petits déjeuner agréables.

Stilvolles, ehrwürdiges Gebäude im Zentrum mit geschlossenem Parkplatz. Großes Badezimmer mit Top Ausstattung. Kleine Küche mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach. Vermieterin hat extra frische Croissants fürs Frühstück besorgt!

"Nice stay in Gravina"

We really enjoyed our stay here. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Gravina for a couple of days. We were here for a wedding and staying here was really convenient for us to be close to all the activities. Only issue was that there was no WiFi.
