La ubicación, arquitectura, autonomía y buen trato por parte del anfitrión.

Ruido exterior excesivo, cama muy firme, corriente de aire importante por puertas y ventanas resultando en frío, polvo e incluso fauna nociva.

The pressure and hot water in the shower was good. The linens and towels were clean.

I booked the room with two twin beds. It says private bathroom, does not say the bathroom is not connected. It was really annoying having to leave my room, walk past the kitchen with guests to use the bathroom or have a shower. Felt more like staying in a hostel with a hotel price. The walls are paper thin, there were guests chatting in the courtyard and you can hear every word. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The place is beautiful!

The location is wonderfull because is few block away from the cathdral, but keep in mind this is not one of the safest districs, if you come by walk by night you might feel constantly unsafe

Ótima localização, lugar limpo e organizado.

No anúncio não fica claro que o banheiro é fora do quarto. Apesar do banheiro ser exclusivo apenas para o meu quarto, considero que o anúncio deveria deixar claro o banheiro era externo.

Very beautiful place, well situated, clean. We enjoyed our stay at Casa Araiza

Location and cleanliness

Public transport from airport to hotel was only possible via taxi. I would have liked a train or bus instead.

Un lugar tranquilo y Estaba muy limpio, las camas cómodas, excelente ubicación.

Good location.

Room was left wide open, not clean and quite a mess, with keybox combination visible. It felt unsafe to leave my luggage there.
