"Perfect location - wonderful accommodation and staff was incredible"

The location was excellent and the facilities modern and clean. The elevator was very helpful for luggage. Stefano was incredibly kind and accommodating helping us through the electronic entry.

We had trouble with the initial entry despite following instructions. Stefano was quickly responsive.

Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour à Donna Isa B&B ou nous avons eu aucune nuisance sonore malgré le quartier animé. L'arrivée en voiture est aisée (Merci pour le conseil pour le stationnement gratuit) La présence d'un ascenseur a été une bonne surprise. Le petit-déjeuner est très copieux et la personne préposée au service, très agréable. L'emplacement géographique est idéal pour découvrir Palerme à pied.

L'absence d'une douchette dans la douche et le manque de patères dans la salle d'eau. Chambre un peu petite pour 3 adultes mais sincèrement pas très gênant pour un court séjour.

Centrale e comodo per raggiungere tutti i punti importanti della città. Totale autotomia nella gestione del check-in e check-out (chiavi ingressi da telefono per apertura porte) Disponibilità per gestione trolley post check-out Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Consiglio vivamente la struttura.

Posizione , camera pulita e spaziosa.

Signora delle pulizie poco empatica e comprensiva con delle mie amiche ospiti della struttura con degli handicap. La colazione non veniva integrata quando le cose terminavano nonostante arrivassi un’ora prima della chiusura.
