Deluxe Inn

Good for overnight stay. Clean. Older rooms but not any damage.

Clean and affordable. Hotel is nothing fancy but did the job very well. Staff was kind and the room was cozy.

The Inn was quite nice. It took me back years to the 1960's when we would travel and stop and stay at the Roadside Inn for the night before there were interstate highways. All original with modern day upgrades. Very comfortable.

The staff was very attentive

The room was just barely acceptable as far as cleanliness. Carpets, bathroom, medicine cabinet needed more attention. We felt the price was not conducive for the conditions of the unit. The price I feel was jacked up do to it being Bike Week in the area.

It was clean. The beds were comfortable

I showed up and there was no one there. Called phone number and got no answer. I've requested a refund as I was not able to get the room I paid for!

We got there at 4:30pm (1.5 hours after check-in) and the room wasn’t ready. Waited about 5-10 minutes for her to finish cleaning the room and when we went in, the carpet was gross, sheets had stains, walls were dirty, and bathroom smelled… strange. My boyfriend and I were staying the night to attend a concert in St. Augustine and this was the cheapest lodging with decent reviews in the area. After the concert, we talked about it and decided to not even stay the night and drove back to the panhandle that evening despite being exhausted. We were literally unwilling to sleep in that bed after driving 5 hours, attending a rock concert, and driving an 45 minutes back down to Bunnell. That’s how bad this place was. Asked the attendant when we dropped our key if we could get a refund since we weren’t staying there and she said that because it’s through Expedia, we couldn’t get a refund. Understandable if it’s an Expedia rule. However, she then said that if we’d booked through their website, it would’ve been possible if we decided not to stay within 5 minutes of checking in… I guess because it takes 6 minutes to book another hotel once you realize how disgusting this place is.

Door was unsecure due to gap. Check in rep barely said anything so I had no idea of check out policy.

$200/night should give you at least a clean decent place. This hotel was old, smelly, with poor maintaining in an ugly looking location, towels were stained, had patches on walls and furniture. Very disappointed. I’m really disappointed with Orbiz by rating this place at 3.5 out of 5. This should be a 1.5 out of 5 at it’s best.
