Communication between myself and the managing agents was difficult at times especially when registering prior to the holiday my parties details. Was unable to put down my British home address as would not except it and needed an Australian state code. Lucky I gave my step daughters address and it worked. But was anxious that I could have forfeited by booking if I didn’t use.

Great location. Clean and well set up apartment, with good appliances and furnishings. Close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Having only one set of access keys for a family is challenging and also dangerous. As the lift was playing up when we stayed and there is no way to exit the building without a key if the lift is not operational.

Location was fantastic.

There was a broken chair. The WiFi modem was hanging down the wall which we felt was unsafe with a toddler walking around. The pillows were too soft.

The location of the apartment was fantastic. It was right across the road from the beach and there are restaurants/cafes, shops, pub, surf club all within a short stroll.

The accommodation was very dirty. It required a good deep clean. It was also clear that the property had not been cleaned properly before arrival (chips left under the couch). As short stay accommodation you would expect they would supply the bare- minimum – shower soap, washing powder, cooking oil etc…
