Dora Pool Studios by Konnect,150m from the Beach

The hotel is peaceful and budget friendly which was a plus. The pool was great for swimming and staying at. Note that the nearest beach is awful. The closest nice beach is Issos around 2 km from the hotel.

The AC was really old and extremely nosy. It was impossible to sleep! Have no clue why the hosts aren’t changing it. The kitchen facilities also very old. The wardrobe smelled bad. Also the way hosts welcomed us was a bit rude, or at least strange. They start sending you a form to fulfill your ferry / plane number and arrival time, right when you make the reservation, then again a few days before check in, and even after I gave all the information, when we arrived at first they had some attitude like “why the hell are you here and what do you want”… I understand, maybe it wasn’t a day, but at least don’t send these forms around.

Very nice and clean room, comfortable beds, balcony with drying rack, air conditioning, decent water pressure, clean pool, kitchenette with everything you need. Pleasant and helpful staff, special thanks to Kostas! Quick and easy check-in, communication via WhatsApp or sms. Everything you need is close by - super sandy beach, markets, restaurants, bars. Kostas' restaurant Panorama right on the beach was a very cozy place with delicious food. For morning coffee and breakfast I recommend Cosy bar. Pictures correspond to reality, Dora Pool Studios is a very good choice in Agios Georgios with good value for money.

The studio was kept clean and tidy, the kitchen facilities were functional, and we had everything we expected. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was nice. It was good value for money.

The mattress was a little firm for us.

Nothing to dislike

Wer eine ruhige und schöne Unterkunft sucht ist hier genau richtig, weg vom Trubel und nicht weit vom Meer! Es war sehr sauber und das Zimmer wurde sogar 3mal sauber gemacht in der Woche! Wir fühlten uns sehr Willkommen! Jeden früh waren wir im schönen Pool schwimmen! Wir hatten eine tolle Woche!

The property being 150 meters from the beach was a marvelous thing. With the center at your fingertips, many nice restaurants to choose from because you are on the beaten path. Entertainment, music, local talent, dancing and beautiful water 💦 and beach, the water is so clean and clear. The room lacked a few necessities, like soap, salt and pepper, a bath mat, a sponge for dishes, dish washing liquid, etc., all of which we had to request and thought should have been provided. The owner responded , “you have to bring your own stuff”., which was ridiculous, if you are traveling thousands of miles you don’t bring these kinds of things for your room. At anyrate when we got back to the room in the evening, the list we submitted with our requests was filled. The amenities were adequate , many quests hung out in the pool, we prefer the beach, the property was quiet , parking was provided, and the beach with its establishments were good. Food was great.
