No funcionó nunca Wifi en habitación 311, requiere que pongan otro modem o repetidor de señal arriba. No hubo agua caliente que si bien el clima no lo a mieeita mucho, es de ayuda cuando planeas aprovechar al máximo tu día y salir bañado muy temprano. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien

This place is the loudest place I’ve ever stayed in. They have a quiet hours policy but it certainly is not maintained and people weirdly party near the cars at night with loud music. The walls are thin and people run around making banging sounds on the metal railings early in the morning and guests shout in the middle of the night through the corridors. Don’t let the price get you, there will be no decent sleep had here which will impact your ability to enjoy Sayulita.

The Manager Dixie was simply amazing She managed to find me lodging on the holiday when everything in Town was booked The Pacific Inn is well managed because of her

Everything was great other than they kicked us out of the pool area at 10:00 when we were Quietly playing card games.

Buen hotel para el precio y la zona en donde en su mayoría solo hay estadías de lujo y si se necesita hacer un viaje a la zona de negocios es buena opción.

It was great for the price. Wifi was spotty, so if that’s important for you, I would look elsewhere

They did not have signal to make the payment and she was presuring me to pay in cash and inclusive she was blaming my credit card she made me try different credit cards and the end it was their fault and she did. Ot even said sorry it was our fault lady that help was not kind at all also In needed help because my nice broke a bottle and cut her self and they did not take any initiative to help me. I rented 3 rooms and they did not clean one of them and also they were trying to bblame me that I left the sign outside they dont want to accept customer service responsability and if they can they try to Make you feel guilty for things they dont do right. Two people were worse a skinny lady blond hair and a skinny kind a tall gut

Property had no elevator service, no water in rooms, TV had poor signal as well as internet. Very noisy with loud bird making rooster-like sounds ALL NIGHT LONG! And also too many rooms with multiple people in them. All dirt around and next to a dirt alley-like street that could make it unsafe for some. Not the best stay.
