The nature and beauty of the surrounding mountains around the chateau

I am so disappointed from this place. My expectation was for a chateau with a special approach to detail, knowledge about wine to be presented and make the experience in the winery even more magical, delicious food and facilities in the SPA center and pool at a high level, considering the high price. None of this was justified. The things that were not okay are: - The pool in early September with 32 degrees outside was not allowed to be used and no one informs you before you are accommodated, and this is part of the price. - The sauna has to be paid extra and can be opened during a certain time range, which does not imply the level of such a hotel, but to someone with a 50lv overnight stay from an old school hotel. - The soup is 10lv and the quality of the food is beyond criticism, for 60lv main course it should mainly be offered high quality products, not cheap ones. - The wine is not presented and you do not feel at all that you are in a winery. Looks so promising but it’s definitely not worth it!

מקום מדהים. בלב כרמי ענבים. מסעדה בשאטו נהדרת. חדר נפלא. מודרני. ארנבים הסתובבו לנו ליד הבריכה המקסימה.

אין מעלית. למרות שהעלו לנו את המזוודות למעלה - חבל שאין.

The place is truly magical, well maintained and cute bunnies running around in the yard. The wine and the food were great. Rooms were clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. The personal is super kind.

It was a bit noisy from other visitors in the afternoon and the pool was closed in mid September even when the weather was nice but I was informed it is their policy after 1 September to close it. So maybe it has to be clearly stated in the description:)

Мястото, гледката и спокойствието! Наистина може да се насладиш на тишина и хубава природа!

Ресторанта , разбираемо беше с меню като шато, но твърде малко избо. В апартаментите имаше комплимент бутилка вино, но сложена без никакво отношение. Можеше да се добави мил жест към гостите, като картичка и обозначение за какво е там виното. Малки и дребни детайли липсваха, а е хубаво да се вземат под внимание за да стане още по- добро и удобно място :)
