Colorbox Ben Yehuda - Smart Hotel by Loginn Tel Aviv

Very clean, close to beaches, trendy little apartment, access code, keybox, loved it, would definitely stay there again and recommend it.

Overall, only minor complaints with a lot of positives. The room was smaller than expected, but large enough for two to sleep comfortably. Bath towels that are also smaller than expected (and that shed little fluffs of cotton) as well as hand soap and body wash (both from wall-mounted dispensers) were included. As another reviewer wrote, the shower leaked but, as was not written, all Israeli showers leak and the squeegee that was right next to the shower made short work of the leaked water. It's important to be aware that most "extras" such as early/late check-in/out, storing luggage before/after your stay, daily cleaning, etc. are available for an additional fee. All that said, if all you need is a place to sleep at night, and don't otherwise plan on spending much time in the hotel room, this place was perfect and came at a great price. The bed was comfortable, the from was clean, and the location was amazing (just two blocks from the beach and three from Dizengoff Street and the best falafel I've ever eaten). All in all, I'd have no problem staying here again.

We did not know you have to pay clean. And although a soft opening a leak in the shower made our stay quite unbeatable sitting on a toilet in cold old water is an experience I never want to experience again. Worst of all is the mattresses be warned and they did reply to my recommendation to r contact supplier as not fir for purpose .. these are new!) .. good hotels know that you can not save on mattresses (oh and cheap toilet seats) as they will come back to bite you. I am in serious pain now. Springs in your back throughout the night would do that

Great location. Very thin walls, can hear the neighbour sneezing. Terrible communication. Had to chase up the team to hear from them.

Booked a Standard Apartment (With Desk), check-in time 3PM. Arrived at 4:30PM the room was still being cleaned..... called the hotel (they don't have a physical reception, only a virtual one), told me they are "checking and will get back to me" no one did.... came back to check-in at 6PM just to find out that instead of the room booked we got a Disability Access Apartment.... bathroom in this type of apartment is really uncomfortable (unless you need disability access) to top it all - bathroom had no toiletries at all (website says "free toiletries"). Called to complain about it - initially the person who answered insisted that "this is what we booked" and that "they apologize for the check-in / toiletries problems" after sending them a screen-shot of the confirmation had not much more to say... after I asked for compensation they offered to check-out at 12PM instead of 10AM, that was when we were all packed and ready to go.... told them it is hardly sufficient for all the inconvenience... after a couple of days received a message offering a 10% refund as compensation which is not great but a little better, replied asking if transfer could be done using BIT (having in mind they have previously asked me to pay VAT using BIT since commissions on bank transfer will not leave anything out of these 10%), several days passed but no response yet to my question....... Bottom line location is good, room clean, service and attention to detail - VERY BAD.

I stayed at Loginn Ben Yehuda Apartments for 2 weeks about a month ago. Although first impressions (mostly the smallness of the room) left me a little unsure of my choice I soon realized that this was a great decision. The room, although small, was very comfortable, clean and provided all necessities. The bed was very comfortable, pillows great, lighting excellent, bathroom and shower were clean and comfortable (great rain shower too) and kitchenette quite useful. The desk and chair allowed me to work as well. Netflix and other TV options also made my stay very pleasant. The remote staff were very helpful and accommodating. And the location couldn’t be better, literally one street away from the Tel Aviv promenade and the sea! If you’re looking for an affordable, convenient and quite comfortable place to stay in Tel Aviv this is it!
