I absolutely recommend you stay away from the property. The property and also lockbox was in a totally different location as advertised. They even after sent a video which sent us to the wrong place and was only able to find it because someone from a near by cafe saw our confusion and said that had happened to a lot of people. It’s advertised as first floor thou we had to walk up atleast 5/6 long flights of stairs because their lift wasn’t working and even if it was I would not risk it. To top it off I rang to ask about parking in which case my reception cut out. When I rang back I got no reply then sent a message accusing my of hanging up. I then replied “that’s not true” then was called 5mins later and told to leave the property and had my stay cancelled. This is during covid where I infact should have been quarantining. The owners of the property are extremely hypersensitive,rude,ignorant and have no care for customers. I would suggest you book somewhere else in a better location with nice and helpful people who are friendly. I will never set foot in the building again let alone their property. Mainly due to the staff.
