אוירה כפרית בתוך העיר-יציאה מהחדר לבוסתן קטן, בריכת דגים ליד. מארחים חמודים ומסבירי פנים מאוד. המקום מתופעל ע"י המשפחה שהיא הבעלים וניכר שהשקיעו ומאוד אכפת להם. פתחו גם בית קפה חמוד ליד.

Good location close to major highways near Tel Aviv. The hotel is located in an old house, nicely renovated. There is free parking close to the hotel. The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming. The hotel definitely gives the true "boutique" feel, and the rooms are very special in their look and feel.

The fact that the hotel resides in an old Arab house, is unfortunately also the major downside. I've been in many small hotel rooms. But this one is both small and not functional and convenient. The bathroom sink in not at the bathroom... The toilet is tiny. Also - early in the morning there was no hot water, and the coffee machine broke down... There might be better rooms in the hotel, but mine was a bit disappointing.
