Pleasant non-usual design of rooms and very very very kind and helpful staff. They care about guests like mom :))) We feel so comfortable

To rate with 10 I missed little bit of cleanness. But this is the common issue of Israel. All of the rest were perfect

The chocolates and bottles of wine in the rooms and that there was parking close to the hotel. Also, the staff were very nice.

The main issue was with the level of cleanliness of the toilets and showers in both rooms was very poor.

"Authentic experience"

Loved how authentic the room looked and huge thanks to Barbara for being the most amazing host. Also loved how accommodating the hotel was for checking in early and also checking on me that I landed ok. There is also good coffee in the hotel.

"Small but charming "

Small but cozy rooms decorated with antique tiles and exposed original stonework. It's very convenient to Jaffa and Florentine neighborhoods. The staff is very attentive. The room smelled a bit musty but when we turned on the air conditioning that went away. The bathroom set up is a bit tight for large people.
