"It's a Nice Place--Not Elegant But Clean and Comfortable and Well Furnished"

I liked the microwave and fridge in the room, the afternoon cookies put out in the lobby, the lemon infused water in the lobby (because local tap water is not very good), ample parking, convenient location near grocery stores and eateries, easy drive to beach, ample room size. Bed was comfortable, shower was good, as was room lighting. Facility was clean. Pool area was plain but clean and comfortable. 24 hour tea and coffee machine in lobby. Staff were all polite. Room on side was quiet--no street noise.

I found breakfast essentially inedible--cheapest, lowest quality bread, pastries and cereals. Limited yoghurt selection. Same greasy sausage links or patties every day for the week I stayed, same re-warmed fried eggs. Potatoes tasted frozen or re-heated but had a decent flavor. No bananas. Apples and oranges were only fresh fruits. Waffle maker available. Room furnishings were functional but incredibly bland and nondescript. Windows do not open.
