Please note that this property, including all rooms and the cafe are strictly nonsmoking. If evidence of smoking is found in the rooms, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be charged. Please contact us about brining your pet and note a pet fee will be applied. All pets must be kept off all furnishing and bedding. If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please let the property know in advance. Please note that this property has a strict 'No Party Policy'. Failure to comply with property policies may result in the eviction of guests and the loss of any deposits or payments made. Guests may be charged for extra cleaning, repair/replacements to the cottage for damage during their stay. A fee of $50 applies for check-outs after 10am, unless prior arrangements have been made. In the event of early departure guests will be charged the full amount of the stay.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is located in a residential area, and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
