Modern, clean and hot water

Modern, clean, great space and loved the washer & dryer and the shower was excellent. Good location to Preston shops and food outlets. Bus stops outside and close to rail and tram links.

Verandah was overlooking offices. Felt like I was being watched when on verandah.

All was ok

The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was decent and the shower pressure was great.

I unfortunately was allocated a room that faced the main road so it was very loud at night. There is also a dealership across the road which has bright lights on all night and even though they have block out blinds in the room, there are gaps and the light filters through. You also cannot switch off the light on the alarm clock in the room, I ended up having to face it down on the table. Parking onsite is also expensive but you can easily find parking on the streets if you don't require a space during the day.
