Nothing not to like

Nice walks by lake although bit of a walk to get to.

Room was dark and felt damp but quite big. Very basic. Food had minimal veggie dishes. Cutlery and glasses very dirty, lipstick and water marks were still on glass. Staff smoking and chattering in reception, bit intimidating and unprofessional.

The location was good

There was no lift and no hand rail in the bathroom to assist with getting in and out of the bath if you used the shower

Dog friendly room.

I have stayed before without dogs and the room was much better, had a bath, and cleaner. This room smelt strongly of dogs. People going back to their rooms were noisy and food was poor in the neighbouring pub.
