Old Town Hotel

La posizione eccellente, la pulizia impeccabile, la stanza perfetta, la colazione ottima. La signorina Maddalena alla reception è stata squisita, mi è stata di aiuto fondamentale per il taxi di ritorno. Ma la cosa che ha dimostrato insieme allo staff, di recuperare una cosa importante lasciata nel taxi all'aeroporto e spedirmela in Italia non ha prezzo. Grazie di cuore.

The location, comfortable big matrimonial bed, size of the apartment. They let us check out one hour later.

This is not really a 4-star hotel. The description of the hotel on Booking says that they provide baby cots for babies from 0 to 2 years old. Even though our request for a baby cot was approved much earlier during reservation, there was no cot when we entered the room. When we asked for a cot at the reception, they gave us a large ‘standard’ cot without mattress, with a thick duvet and a large pillow. Photo attached. Babies that are 0-6 months old could easily suffocate in such cot. If I knew that we would be given this, I would never book this hotel. Our baby ended up sleeping in a carry cot that we luckily brought with us. The staff at the reception did not bother saying sorry to us during check-out even though we told them we were not satisfied with their services. We stayed at Deluxe apartment. There is no hand soap in the bathroom. There are no bathrobes in the apartment. The pictures they put on Booking are misleading. We were 3 adults and a baby, and we only received 2 big shower towels. Barely able to sleep on a sofa bed as it didn’t have a slatted base.

Lokacija je izvanredna, skoro pa ne može bolje u Temišvaru, sve je na 5-10 minuta pešice. Sobe su prostrane, svetle, krevet velik i veoma udoban, sve je zaista na nivou.

Mogao bi da bude uključen makar i skromniji doručak u cenu hotela, sticajem okolnosti mi nije ni bio potreban doručak.
