The room was lovely and well appointed The breakfast was great Very clean

Bed not overly comfy There was a strange odour in all hallways (smelled like sewer) and particularly bad near after hours entry. It was really off putting having no staff present. The decor was a little glitzy

Ideal location for the centre of Boston, lovely clean and well presented room. Appreciated the complimentary continental breakfast.

There were no staff in the building, but we had no issues so this was not a problem

Surprising choice and variety at Breakfast. Stylish decoration

Not aware there would be no staff present. Fortunately one arrived at the time we arrived and advised us about coded entry (we had not realised we had a phone code)! Some night time street noise

I only stayed in the room for around 5 minutes as I got a call to come home again because my dad was dying so no there was no value for money as I was unable to use the room. The staff will have reported this was there any there at all
