"I will never stay at the property again"

Very spacious

After receiving the confirmation I was forced to put a deposit by the owner. This was not stated while booking. The deposit was held for 14 days for no reason. There were enough damages in the property and I feared I would be held responsible. If a deposit is taken the property must be handed over jointly after inspection. The owner was very rude when I had to call him seeking direction.

modern, spacious and well equipped. great location .

the corridors leading to the apartment were pitch black - no lighting at all. not sure if this was a one off but was awful and especially if you was alone it would be quite worrying.

"Great stay and a central location."

The apartment is centrally located in the old co-op building in Doncaster. 5 minutes from the train station. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with a lift or stairs option. The key is collected from a key safe just around the corner from the main entrance. The apartment is big. a big lounge dinner with kitchen at the end. The kitchen has all you need to cook a meal if required. There are 2 double bedroom. 1 of which in en-suite. The shower cubicle in the en-suite is a bit small. Towels are provided. There also appears to be extra sleeping options in the lounge area. Please be aware that £100 deposit is required before your stay. This is paid through a company called 'Superhog'. Deposit is repaid 14 days after check out. Mine was recredited ok.

The advert seems to suggest that parking is available. This is not the case. There are car parks near by. But not all are 24hr. The nearest 24hr carpark is 5 minutes away. Others are 10 minutes away.

close enough to the races

not enough crockery (no wine glasses) spare bedding was in poor condition (we did not use for this reason) did highlight this. property was stifling hot in the lounge and only one fan.

"Great 2 day stay in a spacious modern apartment in the centre of Doncaster"

Excellent location, modern spacious apartment that had everything we needed - including the fan! Very comfy beds too.

Only thing really was the stairs to the apartment, it’s a bit of a climb but that’s an issue for the building, not the apartment itself.
