Lovely comfortable stay with neat storage and very well equipped, spacious apartment - close to beach and fantastic restaurants. Short Uber or electric scooter to Zadar old town. (55 min scenic walk). Welcome pool and terrace. Top hosts - Marta was lovely - thank you!

Nothing I didn't like! If you provided a small beach parasol to borrow that would top it off!

A bit too far from the center

Great location, close to lots of restaurants and the nicer beach (Borik).

Since it’s a newer development there’s lots of construction and they start promptly at 7am. So if you plan on sleeping in this is not the location for you.

Everything was very clean, new and high-end, with things like heated bathroom floors. Everything you might need was provided, including tablets for the dishwasher and anti-mosquito plug-ins. It felt very secure and the soundproofing of the whole apartment made it very quiet. The rooftop terrace was fantastic, with plenty of equipment including an ice bucket and fridge with ice maker. The owners, especially Marta, were onsite every day and were incredibly friendly, always available for any questions and were more than happy to help make our stay enjoyable, with recommendations of where to eat etc. The neighbourhood is quiet but within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants and beaches. We also walked to the old town a couple of times, which is a bit further but there are regular buses if you preferred.

Everything was just perfect! The apartment was spotlessly clean, very nicely decorated, cosy and super comfortable. The host was also extremely nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lena Luxury Apartments - it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions or concerns and ensuring that our stay was as comfortable as possible. The apartment itself was simply amazing. It was brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern style. The furnishings were comfortable and functional, and all the amenities were top-notch. From the fully-equipped kitchen to the comfortable bed and linens, everything was thoughtfully designed to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Located just a short 10-minute drive from the city center, the neighborhood was rather peaceful, yet still close enough to easily access all the attractions. We also enjoyed being close to the marina, which provided a nice atmosphere and great views Overall, I would highly recommend Lena Luxury Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and conveniently located place to stay. If you're planning a trip to Zadar definitely book this apartment – you won't be disappointed!

quiet, clean, well equipped apartments. short walk to supermarket, beach and restaurants. very helpful and friendly staff

pool is tiny (more of a plunge pool) with only 4 sun loungers and no umbrellas for shade. lots of new buildings being built in the neighbourhood so views of building sites and quite noisy.

super appartement, modern, in quiet area, confortable bed, balcony, pool. super attentive hosts!
