The property was what I expected from the details when making the booking. It was clean and comfortable and in an ideal location for my visit to Inverness. There was a little confusion over the breakfast arrangements but these were sorted and the breakfast was excellent. The host was very helpful and the parking arrangements worked out okay.

"Disappointing."

Breakfast was poor. For the B&B price, it should have been a full cooked breakfast, but this was a £10 supplement on was was already a very cheeky overnight price, in rooms that were very tired.

A more competitive price which included the full breakfast, rather than saying breakfast was included, when it was only a continental option.

Loved it here! The owner is so sweet, she made me feel right at home. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. I liked the Highland cow pictures, haha.
