DECK 8 BOARDINGHOUSE.SOEST

Friendly and professional staff. The apartment looked great with all the appliances and comfort you would need. Rooms look almost new, very cozy and really well equipped. The access to the city center is very quick, the train station is 100 meters away (hence you don't necessarily have a nice view but the place is close to stores and shopping places)

Would have needed some vacuum cleaning as I found hair sticking to my feet while walking across the rooms. Pillows and blankets needed to be changed with new ones, there was a bad smell like they've not been cleaned properly. Inside the apartment I guess that was the main drawback: sometimes I had to open the windows for fresh air. The problem was not extraordinarily serious, the air inside wasn't that unbreathable, but far from good and fresh unfortunately. I wish the cleaning lady would have came once at least during my 3-4 days stay at least to take out the trash :( Prices are a bit higher considering it's not the best looking location with the railway right next to it - compared to other prices from other locations. If all these are fixed, I'll definitely come back when I visit Soest and the surroundings again, would be my 3rd or 4th stay already at Deck 8
