Violic Apartments

The view. The location is ok, like 20 min by bus from the old city. The bus cost €2.5 each way. The is a good restaurant next door. The Uber to the old city cost approx €15 to the airport €35. The beach is crossing the road. Small but we like it.

There are so many stairs and it is difficult to carry the bags. The owner doesn’t speak English. There is no a supermarket around. The apartment need some renovations.

Great location. 5-10 minute walk to a bus stop, 15 minute walk from Stikovica beach and facilities. Much more affordable than surrounding villas. Not a lot of facilities but the ones there all worked. Good stay for a couple visiting Dubrovnik that doesn't want to spend a lot of money on housing.

Host spoke no English, so we had to get creative with how the check in process worked. He was nice though. Parking is difficult and stressful, but that's normal for the Dubrovnik area. Wifi had a weak signal. We were also only given a QR code to access the WiFi - no password. So we couldn't connect our computer to the Wifi. Villa was a bit smaller than I was expecting.

Small cozy apartment with air conditionar, which I think was its only good factor!!

It was far away from Dubrovnik! If you have car or do not want to go to Dubrovnik daily, it could be a not-bad option! Otherwise, it is difficult to commute to the city or old town Dubrovnik by bus and you should pay for taxi everyday, which is not convenient of course!!
