Well recommended & will go back…

Super stocked with our two night stay here. Honestly everything exceeded my expectations. The only pain would be the elevators! Haha it’s weird individual buttons only bring designated elevator so you need to press all the buttons to hope bring one to you. Once you hop in, the other ones you requested before don’t cancel so often you waste quite a bit of time of opening doors to no one. We dined at the Kitchen and breakfast is versatile and superb so is their dinner options. Pricy but worth it! The only downside would be the venue - we wanted to eat at the outdoor (yet enclosed) area for the intimate and ambient vibes but it was not open. In saying that these were all very minor constructive feedback to make this resort improve their overall service to draw more visitors in the future. I would definitely be more than happy to stay at The Reef Resort again! Well done team.

This hotel really is situated in the middle of nowhere… have to take taxi every time you go out. Hotel lacks a soul… sad really because the staff are absolutely great

Absolutely loved the 4 days we spent there. Good place for relaxation. We got a sea view facing the east, sunrise from the balcony was absolutely splendid! A little far from the city, but the stay is well worth the travel and a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Oceanfront property. We loved coming out of the elevator from our room and there is the pool and beach! Breakfast is delicious variety of foods. Staff is so friendly and helpful. We made the perfect choice of all the hotels! Its Excellent!

Ok, so this is a top end elite resort. Although I will still give 5 stars, there are few things you should know; 1. No nighttime entertainment at all. I was there Friday, Sat, Sunday. Lounge was empty. If there was even just a piano player it would have been nice. Also nice for their business. 2. You are pretty much stuck in hotel. Sort of like a compound. Area around is island life. City is a hike and much traffic always. 3. If you plan on doing the Whale Shark excursion,sardines, sea turtles, do know that you will leave 3am, 3-4hour ride there, 5-6 hour ride back. The ride is not fun. 4. Same menu every night. Food was good, but again you can walk to anything. Otherwise, pools, view, rooms, beauty, service are all incredible. This place makes for Instagram Billionaire photos.

Good service, food is tasty but drinks can be better. Location wise is far from amenities and will require car to get out of the compound, else it is quite a walk. Overall it is a very pleasant stay. The only complaint is that the bath tub is dirty and the water is yellow, hence we are unable to use it.
