"Excellent"

Dirt parking for guests. Swimming pool groutlines are missing, glass shower door does NOT open all the way. Thanks to the staff who upgraded our deluxe room to a junior suite, but I’m glad it was free because i dont think it’s worth the advertised price of the room.

"The place is another paradise "

We were upgraded twice the stays we had here , that being a larger room with sea view , Breakfast was a buffet choice with a great selection . As for the staff from porters to front desk great help with a. Smile . I don’t particularly mention 1 but in this case would have to be Rose we chatted endlessly till my transfer arrived .

Everything was spectacular. This was the best place i have ever stayed. The service the staff the amenities were amazing. Staff were super polite. The room was super clean. The view is stunning.

"The Reef was nice"

It was a nice hotel. Very clean and comfy. Nice bed and bedding. We were given a free upgrade for our first stay. Only complaint is the fees for water sport activities. Almost double in some cases when compared to Shangri-la and Costabella where we also stayed during our 2 week vacation. No cable tv. Only Netflix and YouTube. The staff were kinda enough to let us use one of their log in accounts. I was hesitate to use my personal account on their wifi.

This place was amazing. The staff MC,Mark,Louise,Cedric and Shay helped me when I had any issues and over performed their duties. This place is outstanding and I’m really impressed with the staff. This is by far my favorite Hotel in the Area.

The property was okay but nothing special for what it costs. There was no room service nor service at the pool or beach. The staff was courteous and responsive. The number of persons per room was strictly enforced.

Food was excellent. Little things like properly cooking hard boiled eggs where thay are properly cooled so the yolk doesn't grey. Attention to detail. Access to mactan new town with a 100 p ride is convenient. Attentive staff. dislikes Resort restaurant prices are too high. Every room should have an ironing board without requesting it. Only 2 complementary bottle waters per day. Should be free within reason. 175 p for soda is insane. Beach is lacking.

It was incredible, from start to finish! Went for two days, stayed for five!! The entire rezort was incredibly beautiful! The staff were the most friendly and very respectful! Best place I've ever been! Will definitely be back!
