My stay here was excellent. The customer service was great.. even when there was customer service complaint the manager fixed the situation quickly and responded in a timely professional manner. The resort is beautiful. I will definitely be returning and I definitely recommend

A lovely, quiet resort with a beautiful infinity pool and a private beach and 2 great restaurants. The service and friendliness was amazing, couldn't fault it! Also had a massage at the spa, which was bliss. Highly recommend a stay here to relax and rejuvenate.

This is the nicest resort we have stayed in LapuLapu Philippines. It’s not so crowded, plenty of places to sit , relax and enjoy great scenery. Swimming pools are very nice , food is great . Rooms are very very nice , updated or new looking , smell nice , I have nothing at all bad to say . We will be back for sure !!!!

Staff are very helpful. Room is very clean but shower has not enough hot water. Breakfast buffet is good but not a lot of choices of food for dinner, and i find it very pricey. We went to another resort restaurant on our second night of stay.”

The hotel is outstanding, the only thing to note is a lack of hot water in the shower and the wifi not properly working in the common areas. The facilites are great

Enjoyed snorkeling right in front of the property. There were enough food options but there’s also a strip mall nearby where you can go eat. Staff very friendly.
