L'appartement est très propre, récent, confortable et correctement équipé en matériel de cuisine (2 plaques). Il y a de plus une table devant le studio à l'extérieur plus une terrasse partagée plus grande si on le souhaite. L'endroit est calme, dispose d'un garage, ce qui est précieux de manière générale en Croatie. Un bus (No 10 ) permet de rejoindre la vieille ville de Dubrovnik en environ 25mn (cela dépend des heures et de la circulation). Mlini est de plus une jolie station balnéaire qui dispose d'un bord de mer et de plages agréables. On les rejoint en environ 15mn à pied de l'appartement en traversant un parc ombragé et agréable. Bref, c'est une adresse que nous recommandons!

The room was spacious and we were grateful for the heating on a couple of cold nights. Towels were a little thin but plentiful and the shower was hot and powerful. Great to have a little kitchenette to make tea in the morning. Had we stayed longer, we would have used the facilities more. The host was kind and welcoming, room was cleaned on the second day and the location was great for the local beach and easy to get to Dubrovnik and Cavtat by bus or ferry. Lovely little beach just a few minutes walk down the hill.

There is very little to fault really, especially for the price! If I had to say anything it would be thicker towels and extra pillows & blankets in the room would be a bonus. There was also a strong damp smell in the bathroom that never went away, an air freshener could help. But, we loved coming back to this cozy room after a long day of exploring.

Die Wohnung ist toll gelegen, mit allem Notwendigem ausgestattet. Nur wenige Gehminuten zu der Promenade und den Stränden von Srebreno und Mlini. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt sowie die Bushaltestelle nach Dubrovnik bzw. Cavtat sind direkt um die Ecke. Schöne gemeinschaftliche Außenterrasse umgeben von schönen Blumen und Bäumen mit Blick aufs Meer, auf dem wir morgens gefrühstückt haben.. Sehr freundliches Gastgeberpärchen Marija und Luko. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar. Wir können Villa Marija Adriatic nur wärmstens empfehlen!

La proximité avec la magnifique pinède au bord d’une mer limpide, de bons restos à côté . Le port et l’arrêt de bus à côté . Vraiment génial

it was great! for a great price, in a great location, the host was pleasant and gave us advice, clean, exactly like in the photos, they cleaned our room and stocked up on toiletries and new towels, everything you need in the kitchen, shops very close and the shopping center was a short walk from the accommodation, as well as bus stops right next to the accommodation, the trip to Dubrovnik only 20 minutes as well as to the airport, it is worth taking Uber in particular

doors were quite narrow and didn't open and close well, otherwise nothing :)

Great location close to the beach and near public transport to get into the old city. Great value for money and lovely hosts
