Location, price, easy access, easy to get the room keys. Close to shops, parking and all you need.

Regarding the room, was close to perfect. There were 2 bad things: the toilet was not fixed to the floor of the bathroom, it was very uncomfortable to seat as it was moving and made noise. Second thing was a cockroach close to the coffee machine, it was disgusting, I managed to kill it, but left me and my roommate uneasy.
