"Great staff, room could use some TLC to match"

First off, the staff on arrival was exceptional, very lovely and helpful! Had the room matched the staff, I would've been very pleased. However the room seemed much more worn than the photos. The shower was very short, the mirror peeling off, the furnishings had seen better days. The bed was fine, you could feel some springs but nothing too bad. The AC was very hard to find a comfortable temperature and the lack of a blanket besides the sheet did not help. Overall the room was fine and decent for the price. With a few small touch ups and TLC, the room would feel much more cozy and comfortable. Big thanks to the staff!

"Hidden Suite in Mandaue"

Value for Money, the hotel has peaceful and luxurious feels. Great Wifi for digital work and its clean with hot and cold shower

No complimentary coffee sachet although there were bottles of water for free. TV Cable was not working
