Worst wifi i ever had in any hotel experience also the place was having fumigation done at 6 am waking me up and made me change rooms midway through my stay only water you can drink cost you 10Q for 500ml which is overpriced borderline thievery

Demasiado caro para lo que ofrecen! Encontramos cabellos en la supuesta ropa limpia de cama!! Nos cambiaron de habitación por dicho hallazgo y en la otra había mal olor! Habían obreros trabajando en una ampliación en frente de la habitación y ponían la música a mucho volumen, muy incómodo

Hotel was good for the value paid, very friendly and helpful staff. We came for the IRTRA parks, for 3 days, and the hotel was really worthy. Swimming pool is a plus and my kids enjoyed it at the end of the day. Breakfast was included and it was ok for the money.

There is not much to say here, only there is no fridge in the rooms and that could be helpful with the cold drinks for the family. But they didn´t advirtise that so it is all ok.

It's located in a very good place, so you can go Xocomil/Xetulul and Dinopark

The internet is not available, they give you some codes that doesn't work, and next to the bedside table looks dirty, like the previous guests dropped coffee and they didn't clean.

Me dieron una habitacion con olor a humedad y viejo. Me cambiaron a otra habitacion sin olor, parecia recien pintada y estaba mucho mejor
