Majestic Valley Wilderness Lodge

This location was fantastic for views and access to the flightseeing we wanted to do. We stayed in the adventure lodge which was basic but comfortable. The dining room was in the main lodge and was gorgeous with great views and good food.

Small rooms separate from large were a bit funky w odor but otherwise comfortable . Nothing fancy but very functional. Note we also arrive at the start of post summer

Didn’t realize the room we rented was not located in the large log-cabin lodge pictured on the website. Rooms are in a separate building; they’re are old and outdated; our carpet had not been vacuumed. The room smelled musty and unclean.

I loved this place. The views are breathtaking. The rustic cabins are must-see. These pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were very clean. The beds were super comfy. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. The only negative thing I can say is I did not plan to stay at least 2 nights. I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends, and I would most definitely stay here again, but for 2 nights, not just 1. The food was great. Everything was super great. Loved it, loved it, loved it. I read one bad review before I booked it, but I can not see anything that would have justified a bad review. In fact, I can not think of enough good to say about this place. I do not know anyone working at this place, and I was not asked to write a review. This is purely my opinion. We stayed in the less expensive rooms and found them very comfortable. They have very rustic larger rooms also, so you can always check those rooms out for a more rustic log cabin adventure. After finding this place online, I rearranged our itinerary to be able to stay here, and we liked it more than Talkeetna and Denali. A breathtaking hidden gem.

Super helpful friendly staff, beautiful space with Mountain View and $25 breakfast buffet option. Wish there was a paved path to help Roll my luggage.
