Easy communication with the host and straightforward entrance to the building and our room. Room was much bigger than anticipated and the bed was huge! Small fridge and some hot drinks were helpful. En suite was spacious and had what we needed.

Not the fault of the building but there is construction work next door so if you're wanting a long lie you might struggle!

Spacious room in great location although having no one on site makes it effectively an air bnb. the cleaners were very helpful in helping with my contact with the owner in Italy after I rang her,

Noise from building works just down the road early in the morning and very strong sewage type smell in the hallways.

We spent 3 nights here and couldn't have asked for a better stay. Perfect Location: It’s within easy walking distance of both the marina and the train station. There are tons of great bars, cafes, and restaurants nearby, yet the area itself remains quiet, peaceful, and not overly crowded. Excellent Room & Amenities: The bedroom was incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. The bedsheets and towels were of very high quality, and we were spoiled with lots of complimentary toiletries. The hostess also thoughtfully provided us with coffee/tea, delicious treats like muffins, cookies and cold fresh water in the fridge. Outstanding Hospitality: Upon arrival, the hostess sent us a wealth of useful information. She included fantastic recommendations on where to eat and drink, the ferry schedules for all the nearby Praias (beaches), and great agency recommendations for booking tours and activities. It truly felt like a home away from home. We would highly recommend Senhor Gigi to anyone visiting Faro!

Gorgeous apartment, well equipped, spotless, spacious, airy, can't fault it, brilliant location in a quiet area of Faro, close to everything, easy access via keycodes sent on the day, great value for money, perfect for a solo traveller like me but very roomy for a couple too, or couple with young child. Would definitely return.

There's currently (May 26) a large construction going on nearby with a lot of banging 8am-5pm weekdays, so if you're hoping to sit in daytime peace on the outdoor terrace, reading & writing & drinking coffee, now might not be the best time. Otherwise, nothing not to like.

Bei Check in zur angegebenen Zeit (15.00) mit anderen Gästen eine Stunde gewartet bis jemand auftauchte und das Zimmer bezogen werden konnte!

Lovely rooms, beautifully decorated. Fab location. Friendly and helpful staff. I really enjoyed Senhor Gigi.
